By creating an account, you agree to the following terms governing your use of d'Anconi AI:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal activity.
• CSAM (child sexual abuse material) is absolutely prohibited. Violations will be reported to authorities.

Subscription & Billing

• Free Plan: 50 messages/day, 1 hour daily burns, basic features, contextual ads.
• Premium Plan ($19.99/month): Unlimited messages, unlimited burns, ad-free, full API access.
• Premium subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled.
• Cancellations are prorated. No refunds for partial months.
• A 3-day grace period applies to failed payments before downgrade.

AI Learning Burns Disclosure

Important: Burns (AI Learning Sessions) run automatically for 30-60 minutes daily on all user devices as an essential service for AI knowledge growth. This process runs in the background and cannot be opted out of. Burns consume minimal device resources and contribute to improving the AI system for all users.

Data Collection & Sales

• We collect usage data, conversation metadata, and burn results.
• Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be sold to third parties. Individual conversations are never sold.
• Data provenance is tracked (e.g., burn IDs linked to aggregates) for GDPR audit compliance.
• You have the right to request data deletion, data export, or opt-out of data sales per CCPA/GDPR/DMA regulations.

Privacy (CCPA/GDPR/DMA)

• Right to Know: Request details about data collected about you.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale of your personal information.
• Data Portability: Export your data in a standard format.
• Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
